Governor Walz plans to sign a bill that includes full Section 179 conformity Wednesday.
Speaking to Brownfield Monday, Walz said they’re working out the details following a fifth special session in 2020.
“We’re looking at trying to get a good, safe socially-distanced location on Wednesday to be able to put a signature on that. Again, this is at a time when people are hurting (and) to give a little bit of that relief (is something) I wanted done last year.
