Only 13 percent of Iowa’s corn crop remained to be harvested, as of Sunday.

Less than ten percent of the crop remained in northwest, north-central and west-central Iowa while farmers in the south-central and southeast districts still had around 25 percent in the field.

The state’s soybean harvest is virtually complete.

Topsoil moisture is rated 41 percent short to very short while subsoil moisture is 53 percent short to very short.
