An east-central Missouri farmer says corn moisture has been higher than normal this harvest.
Mark Stevens tells Brownfield the driest corn he’s harvested so far has been about eight percent because of late planting this year.
“I’m going to finish all of our corn here in a couple of hours so, this corn I’m shelling right now was planted [the] first week of June and it’s still about 20 percent,” he said.
