The Iowa corn harvest is down to its last six percent.

In the latest weekly crop report, the USDA says the pace is nearly four weeks ahead of 2019 and more than two weeks ahead of normal.

Corn moisture is averaging 15 percent.

Warmer than normal conditions and no precipitation also promoted corn stalk baling, fertilizer application, and tillage.
