An independent ag cooperative providing healthcare exclusively to Minnesota’s agricultural community is in the heart of enrollment season.

Char Vrieze, director of 40 Square Cooperative Solutions, tells Brownfield farmers, agribusinesses, their families and employees can join 40 Square anytime throughout the year.

“However, typically folks renew their policies beginning January first. So what we’re seeing is a lot of traffic. We have about 1,000 members across the state, and folks asking for quotes.”

She says the cooperative is member-owned and governed, which is one of the reasons farmers are turning to 40 Square for coverage.
