Ag lender FCS Financial has joined with the Life Works program to offer its members a member assistance program. Life Works is a program focused on mental, emotional and physical health.
FCS Financial CEO Dave Janish tells Brownfield the Life Works program fits perfectly with his company’s mission to support rural communities.
“There’s a gap in many of the rural communities where households need access to the services that we provide through life works, but they’re just not available,” he said.
