Presumed President-elect Joe Biden has announced his USDA transition team.

It’s led by Robert Bonnie, who served as undersecretary for Natural Resources and Environment at USDA during the Obama Administration. Bonnie is currently part of Duke University’s Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions.

The transition team also includes University of Illinois ag economist Jonathan Coppess, a former Farm Service Agency administrator during the Obama years.
