The USDA has declared the 2020 harvest complete, but there are still some Wisconsin farmers with corn standing in the field. USDA says 92% of Wisconsin’s corn for grain is harvested and soybeans are all in the bin.
Wisconsin’s winter wheat is about three days ahead of average with 96% of the crop emerging.
There were just over five and a half days suitable for field work in the week ending Sunday, and topsoil moisture levels are 76% adequate and 11% surplus. Subsoil levels are 77% adequate and 10% surplus.
