The last full week of November ended with fairly normal Michigan weather as farmers completed harvest activities.
In the USDA’s last crop report of the year, corn was reported at 18 percent moisture and 95 percent harvested, ahead of last year by nearly a third and the five-year average by 10 percent.
Winter wheat is fully emerged with condition rated 73 percent good to excellent.
