The 2021 Illinois Beef Expo has officially been announced for March 12-14 at the Exposition Gardens in Peoria.
The decision for a new date and location in 2021 was made to accommodate COVID-19 mitigations. Mareah Volk with the Illinois Beef Association says to comply with pandemic health and safety guidelines, the event will not be held in its normal capacity.
Volk says they are excited to be able to host a junior show and small trade show at the Peoria location.
