The Illinois Department of Agriculture will kick off the second year of their “Fall Covers for Spring Savings Program” on December 15th.
Applications will become available at midnight and funding of eligible acres will be on a first come, first served basis.
Illinois acres planted to cover crops in the fall of 2020 that will be planted to a insurable crop in 2021 are eligible.
