First Dakota National Bank has made a $350,000 endowed funding gift for the South Dakota Agricultural and Rural Leadership (SDARL) program to do a seminar on agriculture, finance, and economic development.
The SDARL program provides leadership education for leaders in rural communities. The 18-month program features seminars that develop skills, knowledge, and character.
“We utilize the SDARL program as part of our executive training, and several bank employees are graduates of SDARL,” said Nate Franzen, President of the Agri-Business Division at First Dakota, quoted in a news release from SDARL.
