A light direct cash cattle trade is developing in Texas at Midday.  Deals are marked at $113 live, that’s $3 higher than last week’s weighted averages.   There are a few more bids on the table ranging from $110 to $113 live in the South and $178 dressed in the North.  Asking prices are around $114 to $116 live in the South and $182 plus, dressed in the North.  There was a very light, scattered trade that took place on Thursday with Northern dressed deals ranged from $175 to $180, and Southern live deals ranged from $110 to $112.
