Many Wisconsin families, farms, and businesses will be getting some extra money back from their insurance provider in February. 

Dan Merk

Dan Merk is the Executive Vice President and CEO of Rural Mutual Insurance and says most of their customers will be getting a special 2020 dividend. “Those customers are going to receive a dividend equal to approximately two percent of their premium or fifty dollars, whichever is more.”

Merk tells Brownfield the Rural Mutual board and management received community feedback from their agents and felt this was the right thing to do.
