Vernice Deloris (Shrader) Detrick, 95 of Marshalltown, Iowa, died Monday, February 1, 2021 at Grandview Heights Rehab and Healthcare in Marshalltown. Services will be 10:30 A.M., Monday, February 8 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish – St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Michael McAndrew officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Marshalltown. Friends may call at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home, 1209 Iowa Avenue W., Marshalltown. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 7. A public scripture vigil will be at 7:00 P.M, Sunday, February 7 at the funeral home. The family will also be present one hour prior to the service beginning at 9:30 A.M. for those unable to attend the visitation.
