A Missouri Congressman says the USDA research jobs that were moved to Kansas City during the Trump administration are not going to be moved back to Washington, DC. Emanuel Cleaver, a Democrat, was a strong supporter of moving the bulk of the ERS and NIFA departments to Kansas City. Cleaver says he is the senior most Democrat of all the states in the region: Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Arkansas.
