The 15th ranked Iowa Hawkeyes continue a busy portion of their schedule with a Saturday game at Michigan State. The Hawkeyes are 8-5 in the Big Ten after a Wednesday night win over Rutgers and beat the Spartans 84-78 just 11 days ago.

East Lansing has long been a place of horrors for the Hawkeyes, with innumerable 15+ point blowouts mixed in with last-second Eric Snow floaters, and always buoyed by huge foul discrepancies.

But with no crowds, the National Player of the Year front-runner and a hot-shooting Joe Weiskamp, the Hawkeyes eye a rare season sweep of the Spartans.

Junior Guard, Joe Weiskamp, coming off a 26pt 10 reb performance against Rutgers, has been scorching the nets from deep hitting 21 of his last 36 three point attempts.

Michigan State is 4-7 in the Big Ten. Tip off is 1:30 today from East Lansing. You can listen to the game on Newstalk 1230 KFJB.
