Tractor Supply Company has acquired Missouri-based Orscheln Farm and Home.  

The nearly $300 million deal will add 167 stores to Tractor Supply Company’s reach across the Midwest and South.  Tractor Supply President Hal Lawton says the acquisition allows the company to expand its footprint with high-quality assets.   

Orscheln Farm and Home has locations in 11 states including Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Arkansas, Kentucky and Ohio. 

The deal is pending on regulatory approval and the completion of customary closing conditions.
