Another major winter storm will traverse the South and East into Friday, delivering more snow, sleet, and freezing rain to areas that in some cases have not recovered from the Presidents’ Day weekend system. Across the lower Southeast, among the weather threats into early Friday will be heavy rain, flash flooding, and severe thunderstorms, including isolated tornadoes.
