Ethanol, distilled spirits and tobacco products will be included in the USDA’s ag products definition in its monthly trade reports.
USDA says it’s adopting the World Trade Organization definition of ag products which will make its numbers consistent with the U.S. Trade Representative’s office.
The first report of the year, on January trade data, will be released March 5th.
