An official with the U.S. Meat Export Federation says grain-fed U.S. beef continues to be sought-after around the globe.

“When we’re able to talk about that corn-fed beef that we have on the shelf, or maybe it’s in a restaurant halfway across the world, we’re going to talk about that delicious marbling that you’re going to get (from) great genetics here in the United States.
