Midwestern farmers are making plans for the 2021 planting season.
Northwestern Indiana farmer Kendell Culp says he will adopt some new products this year because of higher crop prices.
“I’m going to try some other things to enhance productivity through some products for the soil, some product for the plants, and some additional fungicides,” he says. “I’m going to do some additional experiments and put some additional dollars on it. Last year, when we were looking at $3.00-$3.15 corn it didn’t make a lot of sense to put a lot of dollars in.
