President Biden plans to reveal more of his climate agenda on Earth Day next month and an Iowa Democrat wants to make sure agriculture and biofuels are included in an “all-of-the-above” approach.
Theresa Greenfield, who lost to Joni Ernst in November’s U.S. Senate race, says investing in renewable fuels and carbon-smart farming can help U.S. agriculture become among the first net-zero industries in the world.
