The National Corn Growers Association has launched a Take Action program for farmers to make management before, during and after the growing season easier.
One of the tools is the Herbicide Classification chart, recently updated for 2021. It breaks down herbicides labeled for corn and soybean production by site of action.
The Take Action mobile app has several weed control resources farmers can use on-the-go.
NCGA says weed management has become more complex and the goal is to lessen the impact of resistant pests while preserving current and future crop protection technologies.
