Farmers in South America have been dealing with less-than-ideal conditions throughout the current growing season.

Dr. Michael Cordonnier with Soybean and Corn Advisor in Chicago says both Brazil and Argentina started out dry, then got wet.  He tells Brownfield while the wetter pattern persisted in Brazil, the rains have shut off in Argentina, which has implications for the country’s rapidly maturing soybean crop.
