The American Soybean Association is recognizing the University of Missouri’s Dr. Pengyin Chen for his work in soybean breeding.
Dr. Chen is receiving the association’s Pinnacle Award given for his high level of contribution to soybeans over several years. Dr. Chen has developed more than 30 row crop and food grade varieties of the crop since the 1980s.
