Chuck Lippstreu tells Brownfield rural roads will benefit from the 2021 construction projects in the governor’s Rebuilding Michigan Plan, but infrastructure investment needs to go beyond roads. He identifies rural bridges, broadband, rail lines, and water and wastewater as areas that need improvement to enhance the quality of life and competitiveness of rural communities.
