An innate need to return to his agricultural roots and a farm for sale with rich black muck soil has opened the door to a second career for one West Michigan farmer.
Bruce Michael Wilson describes himself as a serial entrepreneur and in his fifties is shifting from a career in real estate and finance to operate a small organic vegetable farm in Zeeland.
“It’s 0.0001 percent of the soil on earth and so it’s very rare, very rich and it can produce like crazy,” he explains.
