The farm-to-table story of dairy will be shared at the Science Museum of Minnesota.
Alex Larson with Midwest Dairy says the organization has become a Premiere Partner of the St. Paul museum.
“We’re looking at having a dairy farmer and some of our subject matter experts talking about sustainability during Earth Day for a virtual event. And then during National Dairy Month we’re going to have one of our dieticians talk about the science of nutrition and how dairy can be a part of that.”
Larson tells Brownfield she took a fieldtrip to the science museum as a child that left a lasting impression and says she’s looking forward to taking her children to see the new food experience Midwest Dairy will help create.
