The director of the Missouri State Fair says the event will be back to full strength to celebrate the state’s bicentennial.

Mark Wolfe tells Brownfield the fair staff is putting together a line-up of traveling exhibits and some things people might not have seen before to highlight the special year.

“We’re always working on that ‘wow’ factor,” he said. “What can we do that gets people’s attention, you know, that makes them look at things go ‘wow that was really neat, I’d like to go back and see that’.
