U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai says the “top-to-bottom” review of China trade policy will examine the Phase One Agreement, tariffs, and exclusions.
“This is a really important opportunity for us to undertake a comprehensive review of the US-China trade and economic relationship as it is today with reference to the last review that was conducted 16 years ago and to look at all the components of the US-China trade policy including the Phase One Trade Agreement, tariffs, and the exclusions,” she says.
