A bill that would block President Biden’s 30×30 executive order has been introduced in the Senate. Co-sponsor of the 30×30 Termination Act Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas tells Brownfield Biden’s executive order would take working farm and ranch land out of production.
“What our legislation does [is it] would stop that right there in its tracks and say ‘no, you’re not going to come take our land’,” Marshall said. “It’s constitutionally protected, by the way.
