Missouri Governor Mike Parson is making rounds to promote Missouri Beef Month.
The Governor visited the St. Louis Science Center Thursday to tour the center’s GROW Gallery and call attention to beef production in the state. Parson tells Brownfield the state stepped up during the pandemic by expanding local processing opportunities and he wants that to continue.
“We know that demand’s out there,” he said. “And again, that’s another tool that farmers use to get their products to market and to be able to give everyday people exposure to Missouri beef.
