The USDA says most of the corn and soybeans in Nebraska are in good to excellent condition.
The latest crop progress and condition report says the state’s corn is rated 84 percent good to excellent with 87 percent of soybeans in good-to excellent condition.
Ninety-one percent of that crop has emerged.
Fifty-eight percent of winter wheat is rated good-to-excellent.
Sorghum is rated 80 percent good-to-excellent with 87 percent planted.
