A Midwestern governor says he’s willing to take legal action against the Environmental Protection Agency if it revisits the ‘Waters of the U.S.’ rule.
Pete Ricketts, a Republican from Nebraska, tells Brownfield, “If the EPA is going to open those rules and act unlawfully, we will be taking them to court.”
He says the EPA under the Obama administration acted outside its authority and is concerned it might happen again leading to potential negative impacts for ag families.
