West Central Indiana farmer Kevin Cox says recent rains prevented him from replanting crops.
“It’s been a little exciting lately. We got everything planted, things looked great, and then we got quite a bit of rain,” he says. “We had some drowned-out spots we were hoping to replant those areas and then we got more rain so that never did happen. I have several areas being negatively impacted by the rain we’ve had.”
But, he tells Brownfield corn and soybeans are progressing well.
