Two Midwestern US Senators have introduced bipartisan legislation that would allow the sale of E15 and higher blends of ethanol year-round.
Companion legislation was introduced in the house by Nebraska Congressman Adrian Smith and Minnesota Democrat Angie Craig called the Year-Round Fuel Choice Act.
Nebraska Republican Deb Fischer and Minnesota Democrat Amy Klobuchar introduced the Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act in response to a D.C. Circuit Court ruling blocking the sale of E15.
