A former Farm Service Agency Administrator will become the head of business sustainability and government affairs with Syngenta.

Val Dolcini (Dole-see-nee) was with FSA during the Obama administration, serving as California Farm Service Agency before that and most recently director of California’s Department of Pesticide Regulation. He was also the head of the non-profit Pollinator Partnership.
