A slow start for this week’s cash cattle business.
Light direct cash cattle trade has developed by Monday midday. Moderate to heavy trade took place last week from Tuesday through Thursday. Northern dressed business had a full range of $194 to $202 with most of the business about $3 lower than the previous week at $195. Southern live deals came in from $117 to $120 with a full range. Most deals came in around $119, about a dollar lower than the previous week.
