The U.S. Grains Council has elected a Minnesota farmer to serve as the new chairman.
Chad Willis of Willmar has been serving on the board since 2017 and previously served as secretary-treasurer for the council. He is a member of the Minnesota Corn Research and Promotion Council.
Jay Fischer of the Missouri Corn Growers Association was elected as an at-large director during the group’s Board of Delegates Meeting Friday.
