A registered dietician says when it comes to kids, all snacks are good snacks.

Kim Galeaz tells Brownfield she doesn’t use the term “junk food” but rather frames snacking choices as “okay” “better” or “best”. And by not pitting foods against each other it helps young people form long-term healthy habits and a better relationship with food.
