Miss Rosie Lenz of Cooper has been named the 2021 Missouri State Fair Queen. Kaylee Lewis of Livingston County has been named first runner up. Megan Schneider of Gasconade County has been named second runner up. Sydney Stundebeck of Chariton County has been named third runner up. Miss Missouri Cattlewoman’s Avery Schiereck was named fifth runner up. 2019 Missouri State Fair Queen Chloe Mumford of Lincoln County is stepping down from her position after being the longest reigning Missouri State Fair Queen in history.
