Soybeans were sharply lower on fund and technical selling. Most forecasts have solid rain coverage in dry areas of the Midwest and Plains into next week. Beans continue to largely ignore the spike in export demand, with China and Mexico buying 263,000 and 148,590 tons, respectively, of new crop U.S. beans Thursday morning. That brings the 11-business day running total to 2,715,790 tons, nearly all new crop and nearly all to either China or unknown destinations.
