Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were supported by strong cash trade Monday.

August Class III milk up six cents at $16.07. September up 40 cents at $17.45. October 25 cents higher at $17.30. November up 12 cents at $17.47. December through February contracts one to seven cents higher.

Dry whey down $0.01 at $0.52.

Blocks up $0.0525 at $1.7450. Three trades were made from $1.7350 to $1.7450.
