Sustainability is a word that’s floated around a lot in all aspects of agriculture.  And now more and more customers – both international and domestic of US beef and pork want to know if those products were raised sustainably.

Cheyenne McEndaffer with the US Meat Export Federation says the US industry has a unique story to tell.
