Missouri farms where it had gotten dry got some relief from recent rains.
That’s after a summer that began mostly wet across the state.
MU climatologist Pat Guinan says, “It was nice to see some areas of the state get some decent rainfall. I talk about the dryness, you know, it’s been a tale of two summers for our state.”
He says areas that got some relief from the dryness include West Central, Southeast and Northeast.
