Missouri crop conditions mostly held steady or improved.
The USDA says the state’s corn harvest has reached seven percent complete, nearly all of crop has dented. Half of the crop is mature, and 64 percent is rated good to excellent, even with last week.
Nearly all soybeans are setting pods, and 30 percent of the crop is turning color. Missouri’s soybean condition held steady at 61 percent good to excellent.
Twenty-eight percent of the cotton crop’s bolls are opening, and the crop improved to 75 percent good.
