Nate Blum with the Nebraska Grain Sorghum Board spoke with Brownfield during Husker Harvest Days with an industry update. He says sorghum planted acres are up significantly while adding value-added agriculture to the commodity remains the group’s focus. Blum says increasing the commodity happens when they increase sorghum-based products.
