Farmers are purchasing new equipment faster than manufacturers and dealers can sell it.
Dan Paschke with John Deere says demand from U.S. producers to purchase equipment is at an all-time high despite availability and supply chain issues. “Commodity prices are good. Farmers have good balance sheets right now,” Pashcke says. “There’s a lot of new technology that’s driving new demand but overall, across pretty much every equipment we make is up.”
He tells Brownfield many producers are interested in precision ag technology.
