Shirley Jo Llewellyn, 86, of Toledo, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at UnityPoint Health-Grinnell Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 5-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to Toledo Ambulance Service.
